These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services Weblancer Technologies ("Weblancer Technologies", "we", "us") provides. By using the website or engaging our services, you agree to them.

1. About these terms

Each project is also governed by the written quote, proposal or invoice we issue for it (the “Order”). If an Order and these terms conflict, the Order prevails for that project.

2. Our services

We provide, among other things:

  • our licensed e-commerce platform, either hosted by us or deployed on your own server;
  • WhatsApp catalogue shops, websites and landing pages;
  • custom web and mobile applications, AI integrations and enhancements;
  • server management, support and maintenance where included in your Order.

Descriptions, features and demos on this website are for information and may change. The scope you buy is exactly what your Order describes.

3. Quotes, prices and payment

  • Prices on this website are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST, which is charged at the applicable rate.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise.
  • Payment milestones (for example, an advance before work starts) are set out in your Order. We may pause work while an invoice is overdue.
  • Recurring fees, such as the annual server-management fee for Weblancer-Hosted plans, are billed in advance for each year of service.
  • Work outside the agreed scope — new features, extra pages, integrations or design changes — is quoted and billed separately.

4. Platform licence and ownership

  • Our e-commerce platform is licensed, not sold. On full payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for the store(s) in your Order. Source code is not included unless your Order expressly says so.
  • You keep full ownership of your content — logos, product data, images, text and customer data — and of your domain name.
  • For custom projects, ownership of code and deliverables is as agreed in the Order.
  • You may not copy, resell, sub-license or reverse-engineer the platform, or remove our notices from it.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate content and timely feedback and approvals; delays on your side may move the timeline.
  • Make sure you have the rights to all content you give us, and that your products, store and use of the services comply with applicable laws, including consumer-protection, e-commerce, tax and data-protection laws.
  • Open and pay for your own third-party accounts — domain, payment gateway, courier, SMS, WhatsApp Business and similar — and keep their credentials secure.
  • Not use our services for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.

6. Third-party services

Our work may integrate services such as Razorpay, Shiprocket, BlueDart, SMS gateways and WhatsApp. These are provided by their own companies under their own terms and fees. We are not responsible for their availability, charges or actions.

7. Hosting, support and availability

For Weblancer-Hosted plans we take reasonable care to keep your store online, secure and backed up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is scheduled to minimise disruption. Support covers the platform as delivered; new work is quoted separately.

8. Demo sites

Demo stores linked from this website are for demonstration only. Products, prices and orders on them are not real — please do not place real orders or enter real payment details.

9. Warranties and liability

  • We perform our services with reasonable skill and care.
  • Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the website and services are provided “as is”, without other warranties — including any guarantee of particular sales, search rankings or business results.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

Either party may end an engagement as set out in the Order. We may suspend hosted services if fees remain unpaid after notice, or if the services are used unlawfully. Refunds on cancellation follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Use of this website

You may browse this website for your own information. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or scrape it in bulk. Our name, logo and website content are protected by intellectual property laws.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [JURISDICTION CITY] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, which we will first try to resolve amicably by discussion.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you sign an Order applies to that Order.
